Testimonies

Here are the stories of some of the ladies who have been impacted by this powerful ministry...

As a young lady, moving to Bristol three years ago for university was a big step for me. Within these past three years I have had to continually take big steps and make important decisions. Connecting with Pastor Fatima Sibanda and Hope For Every Woman was one of the best decisions I've made whilst being in Bristol.

Three years ago, I was a girl who had no real identity; always putting forward different a version of myself to try and please any and everyone. Needless to say, this is a very dangerous way to live life! However, today I am a woman who knows who and whose I am! Had it not been for Pastor Fatima's example, mentoring and encouraging books and messages, I probably would've crumbled under the weight and pressure of being who everyone else wanted me to be. I have learnt so much about what it is to be godly woman who finds her security in Christ and Christ alone!

Hope For Every Woman is more than a Christian organisation for me, it's a sisterhood.

I am so grateful to God for the network of strong women I've been introduced to through this ministry. Seeing God work through the lives of women, who have been delivered from various limitations, has been such a liberating experience! I have been able to draw from the wisdom and experiences of my fellow sisters in Christ and also use my own experiences to help build others up likewise.

Although connecting with Hope For Every Woman was a decision initially made in Bristol, it's one that I will take with me throughout every season of my life, wherever life takes me! For me, Hope for Every Woman is truly life changing and life building sisterhood!

I have been a member of Hope For Every Women since it was first launched. I thank God that He gave me the opportunity to be a part of this powerful ministry because it has changed my life. I love reading the monthly newsletters because I get encouragement from them and also spiritual upliftment. What always amazes me is that the messages are relevant to my needs at a particular time. I have often found myself saying, 'Oh my Lord You already have an answer while I am still wondering about how to deal with my situation.' God is Jehovah and there is nothing that is hidden from Him. He says that we should be still and know that He is God. He has used these newsletters to reveal His secrets and to bring answers to my problems. I thank God for Pastor Fatima and the team for allowing God to use them to impact the world. God bless you all.

Hope for every woman is an amazing ministry.

As a young girl in her twenties I've grown up with so many insecurities and succumbed to peer pressure, resulting in me getting into a relationship prematurely and getting hurt emotionally. But thank God for Hope For Every Woman. This ministry has really brought about transformation in my life through various means: attending meetings; the retreat and the woman's conference. The teachings and testimonies of other strong women have equipped me with the right spiritual tools to overcome my insecurities and has aided in the development of my relationship with Christ.

I'm truly grateful to God that I was privileged enough to encounter this ministry as well as the Chairperson, Pastor Fatima Sibanda, who has taken me in as one of her very own and is continually helping me with my walk with Christ.

Lamentations 3:21-23
"But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

This verse has been my verse for the last year... I relocated to Bristol in August 2013. I was heartbroken. I had lost sight of my dreams. I had given up on life, and my future looked HOPELESS.

In a radio interview Pastor Fatima said, “as long as there is breath in you there is HOPE for you”. She spoke on Jeremiah 29:11”, I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring about prosperity not disaster plans to bring about the future you HOPE for.” She also spoke on Romans10:11 which says that those who HOPE in The Lord will not be put to shame.

That's when I realised that I had misplaced my hope. I had put my hope in people. I was so broken because a catalogue of events happened after I had put my hope in people and they had let me down badly!

Hope For Every Woman, through its ministration of the word via monthly newsletters, conferences, retreats and outreaches, as well as other events has taught me that people and circumstance change, but the ONLY CONSTANT thing in my life is GOD who remains faithful even when I'm not. Hope For Every Woman showed me the face of His mercy when darkness was all I could see. I realised that apart from God I was nothing and could achieve nothing. I totally surrendered every area of my life to God and learnt to depend on Him for everything. I am now totally healed, restored, whole, ready and well equipped to face life's challenges

Pastor Fatima dedicated her last book to me ...and indeed my path is shinning brighter and brighter and brighter as God leads me to higher ground and yes, the story of my life will end well. I’m now full of joy as my name testifies and declares.

I would like to encourage anyone who is in a dark place that God is a healer. He is faithful all you need is to draw near to him and put your HOPE in him. It shall be well with you as it is now well  with me.
